Job Description

As part of a strategic project , we are looking for a Business Analyst specializing in Private Capital to analyze and document business processes related to fund accounting, financial statement production, and regulatory reporting (CSSF/BCL).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze and document Private Capital business processes, particularly fund accounting and financial statements.
Gather, challenge, and formalize business requirements in collaboration with stakeholders.
Write clear functional specifications for IT teams.
Identify opportunities for operational and control improvements within the Private Capital domain.
Define mappings and business rules to ensure compatibility between the “”as-is”” and “”to-be”” models.
Support end-users during User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and provide functional assistance.

Required Skills

Business: Expertise in fund accounting and Private Capital business analysis.
Accounting Standards: Knowledge of various GAAP frameworks.
Technical: Strong analytical and modeling skills.
