Position Title: Agile Scrum Master

Job Description:
Guiding the entire department in applying the Agile principles on 5 levels
1. Performing Agile rituals in product teams
2. Facilitate E2E processes (demand and SDM) in terms of process and tooling
3. Further optimize
collaboration between different teams 4. Organizing and facilitating the PI Schedules within the department
5. Facilitating processes that are delivered in project mode (based on commitments to customers) in terms of process and tooling
Demonstrable experience as a Scrum Master
Demonstrable experience in infrastructure projects or development projects
Demonstrable training with certification (Scrum Master/Coach within Agile development methodology);
Demonstrable experience with Agile project operation (SCRUM) + agile values and principles
Demonstrable experience with Agile tools
Demonstrable experience in facilitating and coaching individuals and teams
Language requirement: Dutch at European CEFR - level C2.

We ensure that data is discoverable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable, and ensure its quality and security to promote innovation, more efficient service delivery, and strategic decision-making by our partners.
