About The Role
You are responsible for building strong relationships with customers and prospects by connecting with key business executives and stakeholders, and developing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client questions and identify new business opportunities.
Duties and Responsibilities
Communicate with customers to understand their needs, and help them through email/phone calls
Build and develop relationships with customers and potential new customers based on trust and respect
Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives
Liaise between the customer and internal teams
Resolve complaints and prevent additional issues by improving processes
Responsible for keeping current clients satisfied and delivering exceptional client service on a day-to-day basis
Keep accurate records pertaining to inventory and account notes.
Increase customer retention and upsell
Manage & resolve complex customer situations
Build and improve dashboards and workflows to simplify the teams’ performance by automating repetitive tasks
Design and implement efficient reporting to Management, including analysis of retention metrics and improvement suggestions
Skills And Competencies Needed To Succeed
Sales mindset and analytical skills to leverage data in decision making
Customer obsession You love helping your clients and know how to nurture relationships.
Previous experience in account management or sales.
Great interpersonal skills and team spirit as you would interact with other department.
Comfortable working in a fast paced environment focused on scaling globally
Show a clear understanding of Greenly’s offer and values
French and English native-equivalent proficiency.
Willingness to work shifted hours to accommodate US time zones (at least 3 times per week)
