Position and Responsibilities
Rattaché(e) au Responsable Pièces Mécaniques, vous aurez en charge les missions suivantes :
Réaliser la programmation de pièces mécaniques sur notre centre d’usinage 3 axes (HURCO) en garantissant la conformité dimensionnelle et en optimisant les temps d’usinage.
Choisir les outils coupants et leurs conditions de coupe.
Usiner des petites et moyennes séries de pièces mécaniques suivant la programmation réalisée.
Ebavurage des pièces usinées.
Contrôle dimensionnel des pièces réalisées.
Garantir la traçabilité des produits fabriqués (lot matière, pointage des temps passés, matière consommée)
Gérer l’approvisionnement des outils coupants.
Réaliser la maintenance de premier niveau.
Required Skills and Qualifications
Vous avez une formation bac pro usinage / niveau Bac+2/3 en Génie Mécanique et Productique ou équivalent, vous disposez d’une expérience de 2 ans minimum en fraisage commandes numériques 3 axes.
Vous avez idéalement déjà réalisé de la programmation de machines à commandes numériques et vous avez une bonne compréhension des programmes ISO.
