AMAC Aerospace is offering narrow and widebody VIP Completions and Maintenance for the corporate/business/private aviation market. The company was founded in 2007 in Basel, Switzerland. With over 1000+ employees, the company is led by Mr. Kadri Muhiddin, Group Executive Chairman/CEO, Mr. Tarek Muhiddin, (COO), and Mr. Mauro Grossi, (GCFO).
With long-term industry engagement, deep industry roots, extensive experience and strong international networks, the AMAC team collaborates to exceed the expectations of Clients, Airworthiness Authorities and Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM's).
Headquartered at Basel EuroAirport, Mulhouse, AMAC Aerospace has five unique yet modern hangars to facilitate any manner of aircraft input. AMAC Aerospace has a Charter & Management division located in Kloten, Zurich and AMAC Aerospace has a whole owned subsidiary with one hangar for maintenance at Ataturk International Airport, Istanbul, Turkey.
In May 2016, AMAC acquired JCB Aero, a French leader in the luxury design and installation of civil and VIP fixed & rotor wing interiors, which is located in Auch, France and has one hangar on a private airport.
AMAC further expanded its presence in Turkey with a new hangar which was completed in Bodrum, Turkey in 2017, which cater in commercial line and base maintenance. Our Bodrum station also carry out maintenance services on corporate & VIP business aviation.
In December 2021, AMAC acquired GAMIT Ltd, a UK company established in 1990 focused in supplying aircraft spare parts & logistics, repair management and consignment stock provisioning. GAMIT is a specialized organisation supporting airlines and leasing companies addressing the digital future of technical records & asset management with ROAM.
Since 2023, AMAC Aerospace also have a regional sales office in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The company offers professional consulting services on management and marketing in aviation.
