Eaton’s Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your international career. You'll receive leadership training, personal coaching, and network with senior leaders. Through rotational assignments across various locations and business areas, you will develop a broad skill set and prepare for future leadership roles.
The program will start with the role of Electronics Engineer in Luton, UK, in the GEIS (Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions) division of the company in September 2025.
What You’ll Do
Monitor Critical to quality (CTQ) factors before and after cost-out activities to proof potential improvements
Support testing process to create realistic quality picture
Drive input to value added value engineering (VAVE) team in case of quality degradation and support VAVE team in problem solving
The second year of the program will take place in another EMEA country within one of the following disciplines: mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, embedded systems, power electronics, product development, software engineering. Potential locations for the second-year assignment include Ireland, Germany, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic.
Qualifications
Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (electrical/electronic engineering, power electronics, system engineering) with a graduation date no later than August 2025
You have 1-3 years of professional experience (including any internships)
