Handle API integrations with CRM systems

Database & Data Engineering
Design relational databases using PostgreSQL

Architect data pipelines for CRM data ingest and enrichment

DevOps & Infrastructure
Deploy production systems using Kubernetes (EKS on AWS)

Manage infrastructure using Terraform or similar IaC tools

Implement scalable, secure environments across AWS

AI/ML & Architecture
Direct experience in AI/ML or willingness to learn.

Build and deploy LLM-based features using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar

Contribute to recommendation systems (e.g. collaborative filtering, Learn2Rank)

Apply architectural best practices:

Microservices

API-first development

Event-driven systems

Modular component design

What We Offer
Competitive salary + meaningful equity

A core role in shaping the future of the company

Opportunity to define your own career progression

Ability to hire your own team

Hybrid working with in-person office days in London every other week
