Eaton’s Engineering & Technology Early Talent Leadership Development Program offers a unique opportunity to kick-start your international career. You'll receive leadership training, personal coaching, and network with senior leaders. Through rotational assignments across various locations and business areas, you will develop a broad skill set and prepare for future leadership roles.
The program will start with the role of Electronics Engineer in Luton, UK, in the GEIS (Global Energy Infrastructure Solutions) division of the company in September 2025.
What You’ll Do
Monitor Critical to quality (CTQ) factors before and after cost-out activities to proof potential improvements
Support testing process to create realistic quality picture
Drive input to value added value engineering (VAVE) team in case of quality degradation and support VAVE team in problem solving
The second year of the program will take place in another EMEA country within one of the following disciplines: mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, embedded systems, power electronics, product development, software engineering. Potential locations for the second-year assignment include Ireland, Germany, Italy, Austria, Czech Republic.
Qualifications
Currently possesses, or will have obtained a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering (electrical/electronic engineering, power electronics, system engineering) with a graduation date no later than August 2025
You have 1-3 years of professional experience (including any internships)

What You’ll Do
The program starts in September 2025, with initial locations in Versailles.
Program duration: Two years
Rotations: Four unique six-month assignments across different IT functions
IT functions: data science, project/product management, Continuous Improvement/OPEX, IT business analysis – depending on the country and business unit you join.
Locations: Two different countries in the EMEA region
Examples of roles within the Program: Data Engineering & Platform Admin, Continuous Improvement Coordinator, Front End Analyst, Business Analyst, Junior Architect, Integration Analyst, Program Analyst, Functional Analyst
Qualifications
Must currently possess or will have obtained a bachelor's degree in in System Engineering, Business Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or related by August 2025. A master's degree in these fields is also preferred.
Work or internship experience gained in IT is a plus (max. 3 years of experience)
