Senior Social Media Manager – 12-Month FTC (Maternity Cover)
Salary: Up to £65,000 per annum
Location: North London, Hybrid

The Senior Social Media Manager will:
Lead and mentor a team of three, driving strategy and execution across all social channels.
Develop compelling, trend-driven content that fosters community engagement and brand advocacy.
Oversee influencer partnerships and celebrity brand ambassadors, optimising performance and impact.
Monitor and analyse social media trends, leveraging insights to refine strategy and drive results.
Ensure seamless collaboration with marketing, PR, and global teams to maintain a unified brand presence.

Essential Skills:
5+ years of experience in social media management, with a proven track record of audience growth.
Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate insights into impactful content.
Expertise across multiple platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, X, etc.).
Proficiency in social media analytics tools to track performance and optimise engagement.
Excellent organisational skills, with experience managing content rights and permissions.
