Solution Sales Manager | VR

Are you a strategic sales leader who thrives in a partner-first sales model? Do you have the skills to build strong relationships, drive demand, and enable partners to sell more effectively? If so, this role is for you! Fluency in German is a bonus for this role.

The Offer:
Competitive salary of £110,000 - £120,000 pa
Role will start on a 12-month contract
Hybrid working: 3 days onsite at office near Kings Cross

What You’ll Do:
Build & Maintain Strong Partner Relationships – Establish trust, align on joint goals, and deeply understand partner needs, capabilities, and challenges.
Train & Enable Partners – Provide the necessary tools, training, and resources to help partners effectively sell and support the product or service, including product demos and sales materials.
Drive Sales Support & Collaboration – Work closely with partners to identify and close deals, participate in joint sales calls, present to end customers, and assist in deal negotiation and configuration.
Lead Marketing & Demand Generation – Support joint marketing campaigns, co-branded materials, and demand-gen efforts to drive awareness and adoption. Represent the company at key partner events and industry conferences.
Gather Market Feedback – Relay insights from partners on market conditions, customer concerns, and product challenges to help improve offerings.
Provide Reporting & Forecasting – Deliver accurate sales reports, pipeline updates, and revenue forecasts to management, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.

Must-Have Skills & Experience:
10+ years of experience in solution sales, partnerships, or channel sales.
Proven track record of closing deals through partners rather than direct sales.
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and product teams.
Strong solution-selling expertise – understanding partner and customer needs and aligning solutions accordingly.
Experience in sales forecasting, pipeline management, and partner performance optimization.
Experience in enterprise software, SaaS, or cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with partner ecosystems, ISVs, and reseller networks.
