What's in it for you?

What you’ll do:

What we need from you:
SQL expertise – You’ll work with large datasets to uncover insights.
Python/R proficiency – Build models, analyse data, and design experiments.
Experience in product analytics and experimentation – Drive decisions through data.
Strong communication skills – Collaborate with cross-functional teams and influence strategy.

What's on offer

£70-80k salary inside IR35 PAYE
What you will do:
You will review a range of content, including credible news, entertainment and short-form video (SFV) from a diverse set of publishers, broadcasters, public figures, creators and influencers to aid in surfacing the best content and conversations on the company's platforms.
You will review guidelines to content at scale, maintaining commitment to accuracy and consistency
You will collaborate with our internal content and product teams to improve user experience
What you need to succeed:
You need to have experience in moderating content against guidelines AND the ability to distinguish what is "good content" for the platform to entertain and engage users.
You need to have experience in social media, editorial, content creation, journalism or digital media alongside deep knowledge of the social media landscape and SFV content
You need to have excellent skill in editorial strategy and what makes digital content great

What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to person for partners – handle onboarding, operational support, and deal execution.
Manage partner incentives & payouts – ensure compliance and accurate tracking.
Optimize workflows in Salesforce – logging deals, approvals, and reporting on partner performance.
Work cross-functionally with sales, engineering, and product teams to resolve issues.
Support strategic partnerships with insights, communication, and process improvements.
What We’re Looking For:
2+ years' experience in partnerships, sales operations, consulting, or project management.
Strong Salesforce skills – ability to manage partner deal tracking and approvals.
Excellent communication & stakeholder management – working across internal and external teams.
