The role: Senior Marketing Analyst (SQL, Python) – Global Media Tech
Location: Hybrid - based in Central London – 3 days a week onsite
Contract: 11 months (to start ASAP – max 4 weeks notice) – strong poss. of extension
Salary: £125k to £130k basic + benefits (PAYE, paid weekly, within IR35)
We're looking for a data-savvy Senior Marketing Analyst to drive impactful measurement strategies for major global advertisers. You'll be pivotal in proving the value of advertising through robust analysis and strategic insight.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement cross-platform measurement strategies.
Conduct in-depth ad effectiveness studies to optimise marketing performance.
Provide data-driven recommendations to clients and internal teams.
Collaborate with product and engineering to enhance measurement capabilities.
Essential Skills:
Extensive marketing science experience (8+ years).
Advanced SQL skills (for complex data manipulation).
Proficiency in Python and R (for statistical analysis and modelling).
Proven ability to build strong client relationships.
Deep understanding of digital advertising and measurement.
About you:
Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Proactive and able to work autonomously.
Backgrounds in data analysis, marketing analytics, or strategy within the tech or digital advertising sectors are highly desirable.

The main focus of this position is data quality operation and control activities across market risk and counterparty risk. This role serves as a subject matter expert and supports execution of a risk market data control program. This role is accountable for the daily risk data quality control and ongoing reporting, including implementation of a data control report framework and ongoing monitoring and remediation of any identified areas of weaknesses.
