Our partnered schools offer hands:on training and a dedicated team of experienced staff to support you as you integrate into their community. In this term:time role, youll have the chance to explore your passion for education, supporting students aged 4:11 and contributing to their social, emotional, and academic development. If you have experience working with children or a background in caregiving, a teaching assistant position might be the perfect next step for you. This is a long:term contract role with full:time hours (8:30am to 3:30pm).

What Youll Do
Collaborate with teachers to work with groups of children.
Provide regular progress updates to the class teacher and maintain accurate records.
Attend to childrens personal needs, including minor first aid, and offer guidance on social health, physical hygiene, and welfare matters.
Engage with teachers, caregivers, and parents to monitor student development.
Support children 1:1 or in small groups to aid their learning.
Be a positive role model for both students and staff.
What Youll Need
Experience working with children.
A genuine passion for supporting childrens growth.
GCSEs (or equivalent) in Maths and English, grade C or above.
An enhanced child DBS (we can assist if you dont already have one).
Strong behaviour and classroom management skills.
Patience to help pupils grasp lessons and engage with activities planned by the teacher.
Eligibility to work in the UK (Sponsorship is not provided).
