We’re working with a leading client currently embarking on a new Oracle Cloud EPM build programme, and we're seeking a highly experienced Oracle Cloud EPM Consultant with specialist expertise in FCCS and ARCS. This is a customer-facing role with ownership over functional design, best practice advisory, and delivery oversight.
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM, with deep expertise in FCCS and ARCS
Strong functional and business process knowledge across finance and consolidation
Experience in client-facing roles, with a consultative approach to delivery
Ability to promote Oracle best practices and challenge solutions where necessary
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Role Responsibilities
Work with the client to define business requirements across FCCS and ARCS
Provide solution design guidance and promote best practice EPM usage
Oversee and challenge the Systems Integrator's build to ensure alignment with goals
Build strong relationships with the finance and reporting teams
Drive alignment between technical delivery and business needs, ensuring successful outcomes
