Jouw rol
Als Google Cloud Project Manager speel je een sleutelrol bij het leveren van Cloud-projecten aan onze klanten. Samen met cloud- en data-engineers, servicemanagers en sales zorg jij ervoor dat projecten succesvol en tijdig worden afgerond, binnen de gestelde deadlines en verwachtingen van de klant.
Je bent flexibel en weet de wensen van de klant te anticiperen en door te voeren. Omdat je graag met mensen werkt, ben je in staat sterke klantrelaties op te bouwen.

Projectstrategie bepalen – Bewaken, beheren en optimaliseren van projectontwerp, scope, planning en kosten.
Projectdoelen realiseren – Zorg ervoor dat alle doelen worden opgesteld, opgevolgd en met kwaliteit en punctualiteit worden geleverd.
Milestones behalen – Implementeer resultaten die een blijvende indruk maken op de klant.
Transparante communicatie – Houd alle stakeholders op de hoogte van de voortgang, wijzigingen en updates.
Scopebeheer – Beheer en beoordeel wijzigingen in projectvereisten binnen of buiten het bestaande projectbudget.
Goedkeuring van werkuren – Keur tijdregistraties van consultants goed of af op basis van de richtlijnen voor projectoplevering.
Projectuitvoering bewaken – Zorg ervoor dat projecten soepel verlopen en doelstellingen op tijd worden behaald.
Teammanagement – Begeleid en motiveer je team van consultants om hoogwaardig werk te leveren en met plezier te werken.
Balans tussen kwaliteit en efficiëntie – Zorg voor een succesvolle afronding van projecten met tevreden klanten én een tevreden team.
Evalueren en leren – Rapporteer over budget, kwaliteit van oplevering en de tevredenheid van klanten en consultants.

Wat we van jou verwachten
Opleiding – Bachelor in Bedrijfskunde of een gelijkwaardige werkervaring.
Ervaring – Minimaal 2 jaar ervaring in een vergelijkbare functie, bij voorkeur in de IT (Cloud / Infrastructuur / IT-werkplek / Data).
Technische kennis – Ervaring met projectmanagementmethodieken zoals Agile, Waterfall of Hybrid. Bekend met tools als Jira, Asana, etc.
Certificeringen – Een PMP-, PRINCE2- of Agile Scrum Master-certificering is een pluspunt.
Communicatie – Uitstekende mondelinge en schriftelijke vaardigheden in het Nederlands.
Zakelijk inzicht – Je begrijpt bedrijfsdoelstellingen en weet kansen bij klanten te herkennen.
