Il propose une offre SaaS performante et fiable, hébergée dans un private cloud, destinée aux banques, gestionnaires d’actifs et compagnies d’assurance. Dans un contexte de croissance et de renforcement de la sécurité, notre client recherche un Manager IT – Infrastructure & Cloud pour piloter son infrastructure et accompagner la certification ISO 27001.

VOTRE RÔLE
En tant que Manager IT, vous serez responsable de la gestion, de l’évolution et de la sécurisation de l’infrastructure informatique. Vous encadrerez une petite équipe (2 personnes) tout en restant opérationnel sur les aspects techniques. Un des enjeux clés de votre mission sera d’accompagner l’entreprise dans l’obtention de la certification ISO 27001, en collaboration avec l’Information Security Officer.
Vos responsabilités
Gestion et administration IT
Assurer la maintenance, l’évolution et la sécurité des infrastructures internes et SaaS clients.
Superviser les infrastructures : serveurs, réseau, sécurité, stockage, Office 365, VMware, Citrix.
Gérer les incidents techniques en collaboration avec l’équipe et l’hébergeur.
Effectuer une veille technologique et proposer des améliorations continues.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes de développement et de support.
Gestion de projet & transformation Cloud
Piloter la migration de l’infrastructure vers le Cloud (Office 365, Azure AD, VMware vCloud Director).
Mettre en place des solutions d’automatisation et d’optimisation des services IT.
Assurer la mise en conformité de l’infrastructure IT aux exigences ISO 27001.
Collaborer avec l’Information Security Officer pour implémenter l’ISMS (Information Security Management System).
Management & coordination
Encadrer, motiver et faire évoluer une équipe IT de 2 personnes.
Assurer la répartition des tâches et le suivi des projets IT internes.
Rédiger et maintenir les procédures et documentations techniques.
Coordonner les actions avec l’hébergeur et les équipes internes.
Interagir continuellement avec toutes les équipes de l’entreprise.

VOTRE PROFIL
Expérience : Minimum 10 ans en administration système, dont 3 ans avec des responsabilités managériales ou en gestion de projet.
Compétences techniques :
OS & Infrastructure : Windows, Active Directory, Azure AD, DNS, Group Policy.
Virtualisation & Bases de données : Microsoft SQL Server, Citrix XenApp, VMware.
Réseau & Sécurité : Switch, routeur, firewall, VPN, VLAN, WAF, certificats SSL.
Cloud & Services : Office 365, Azure, VMware vCloud Director, SharePoint.
Expérience sur un projet ISO 27001 ou forte sensibilité à la sécurité IT.
Compétences managériales : Leadership, accompagnement d’équipe, gestion des priorités.
Qualités personnelles : Capacités analytiques, résolution de problèmes, rigueur et proactivité.
Langues : Français et anglais courant à l’oral et à l’écrit.
