The position
Hunt for New Business: Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities within target accounts and industry verticals in the Belgium market.
Develop Sales Strategies: Create and execute account plans and sales strategies to achieve assigned quotas and revenue targets within Belgium.
Solution Selling: Understand customer needs and effectively position ServiceNow full stack
Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level executives, IT directors, and other key stakeholders across Belgium.
Lead Generation and Qualification: Generate leads through networking, industry events, and online research, focusing on potential clients in Belgium. Qualify leads and progress them through the sales pipeline.
Proposal Development and Presentations: Develop compelling proposals and deliver persuasive presentations to showcase the value of the services.
Negotiation and Closing: Skilled in negotiation and closing complex deals, ensuring favorable terms and conditions.
Market Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest market trends, and competitive landscape, with a focus on the Belgium market.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal client teams (e.g., sales execs, solution architects, delivery teams) to ensure successful customer onboarding and service delivery.
Accurate Forecasting: Maintain accurate sales forecasts and provide regular updates on pipeline and deal progress

Proven Track Record: 5 years of proven experience in selling IT solutions, with a strong focus on ITSM solutions
Hunter Mentality: A proactive and results-oriented sales professional with a strong drive to exceed targets.
Excellent Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in Dutch and English (and French), with the ability to present complex technical concepts clearly and persuasively.
Relationship Building Skills: Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers.

Vos missions
Dans un environnement Agile (sprints de 2 semaines), vous jouerez un rôle clé dans l’amélioration continue de la qualité et la fiabilité de notre solution en mettant en place une stratégie d’automatisation efficace.
Vos principales responsabilités :
Concevoir et implémenter des scénarios de tests pour notre logiciel
Définir et déployer une stratégie d’automatisation en collaboration avec le Responsable QA
Utiliser Ranorex (C#) pour automatiser les tests et assurer leur exécution régulière (c'est un plus)
Identifier, remonter et suivre les anomalies jusqu’à leur correction
Participer aux rituels Agile et challenger les critères d’acceptance des User Stories
Sensibiliser les équipes au testing et aux bonnes pratiques qualité
Profil recherché
Expérience : 1 à 5 an(s) en automatisation de tests & développement
Compétences techniques :
Expérience en automatisation de tests (idéalement Ranorex & C#)
Bonne maîtrise des pratiques Agile et des outils de suivi des anomalies
Intérêt pour la qualité logicielle et les tests fonctionnels
Soft skills :
Autonomie, rigueur et sens de l’organisation
Bonne capacité de communication pour collaborer avec les développeurs
Une certification ISTQB est un plus
