Your Role

Act as the go-to expert in Business Intelligence, implementing best practices in SAP BI reporting, dashboarding, and self-service analytics.
Engage with business stakeholders to analyze reporting needs and translate them into innovative, data-driven solutions.
Develop and maintain the reporting roadmap, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements.
Design, build, and deploy new reporting solutions to support business growth and efficiency.
Manage BI projects within scope, timeline, and budget, ensuring smooth execution and stakeholder alignment.
Represent BI requirements in broader IT initiatives and mentor junior colleagues to strengthen the team's capabilities.

Your Profile

Master's degree in a relevant field and at least 7 years of experience as a SAP Business Intelligence specialist.
Strong knowledge of SAP BW on HANA or BW/4HANA.
Expertise in setting up ETL architectures, BEX queries, and HANA views.
Experience with SAC, Data Lakes, and Databricks is a plus.
Solid project management skills, with the ability to structure complex initiatives and drive change effectively.
Flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced environment, capable of managing shifting priorities.
Willingness to travel occasionally based on project needs.
