This is a great opportunity to join a growing business transitioning from a small enterprise utilising Managed Service Providers (MSP) to a medium-sized business with an in-house IT function. They are looking for a visionary IT Manager/Head of IT to lead this transformation and build a robust internal IT team.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of 10-15 IT professionals.
Develop and implement IT models to transition from MSP to in-house IT support.
Build and scale the IT function from scratch to meet the evolving needs of the business.
Ensure 90% of IT support is handled by the newly built internal team.
Oversee service desk operations and ensure high-quality IT support.
Manage and optimise technologies including Azure, Data, BI, Power BI, Networking, Firewall security, etc.

Requirements:
Proven experience in creating and scaling IT functions from the ground up.
Strong leadership and people management skills.
Excellent knowledge of IT infrastructure and service desk operations.
Expertise in Azure, Data, BI, Power BI, Networking, Firewall security, and related technologies.
Ability to drive the transition from MSP to in-house IT support.
