Description Du Poste
En tant que consultant expérimenté au sein des équipes de la communauté Boost, dédiée à la transformation digitale et à l’agilité, quelles seront vos missions ?
Nous sommes convaincus que les organisations doivent parvenir à innover rapidement et à créer des expériences différenciantes. Nous accompagnons les transformations digitales des entreprises afin de les aider à atteindre ces objectifs. L’approche de la transformation que nous proposons, centrée sur la valeur, l’humain et la technologie, permet de designer, créer, et déployer des produits digitaux qualitatifs qui apportent de la valeur dans un délais court. Pour y parvenir, nous définissons avec nos clients des modèles d’organisation privilégiant l’adaptabilité et l’orientation client. Nous déployons des fonctionnements agiles avec des mécanismes itératifs permettant l’amélioration continue.
Vous pourrez être amenés à intervenir sur des missions autour de trois dimensions :
Management de projet / produit (Product Owner, Product Manager, UX Designer, Business Analyst…)
Coaching agile d’équipe ou individuel
Transformation agile à l’échelle (mise en place d’organisations agiles au niveau d’une direction, d’un produit, d’un programme ou de toute une entreprise)
En complément de votre/vos missions, en interne vous êtes amenés à
Participer à la vie interne de la communauté et à son animation
Contribuer aux partages d’expériences et à la mise en place d’outils communs
Contribuer à la création et à l’enrichissement d’offres de valeur
Qualifications

De formation Ecole de Commerce (BAC+5) avec une appétence avérée pour les technologies émergentes (RPA, IA/Machine Learning, Data, …) ou de formation Ingénieur, vous bénéficiez idéalement d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience dans un cabinet de conseil sur des problématiques similaires. Vous mettez l’humain au cœur de vos approches et connaissez ou êtes intéressés par l’agilité et ses méthodes de travail (SCRUM, SAFe, …).
Vous travaillez couramment en anglais.
