We have an exciting opportunity to join our Waitrose Marketing team as a CRM Campaign Analyst, reporting into our Senior CRM Campaign Analyst.

About The Role

Salary: £42,700 - £64,000
Contract type: 5 month Secondment/Fixed Term - to August 2025
Interviews: virtual w/c 17th March
Location: This role is based at our Bracknell Head Office

As we transform our approach to CRM we are looking for someone to support with the activation of first party data across our channels. The successful candidate will be analytically minded, co-create campaign selections alongside our CRM managers to enhance our targeting and communication strategy as well as digging deep into the data to get insights that will drive improvements across our campaigns.

This role will work closely with our data, insights and analytics teams to ensure gold standard measurement across our CRM activity and be able to bring their specialism to provide recommendations both to campaigns and to wider CRM strategy.

This role will incorporate audience building for digital and social channels as well so an understanding of digital advertising is desirable.

Key Responsibilities

To design and create customer selections and output of customer data for email, push, sms, direct marketing, social and digital audiences.
To work closely with the CRM Managers to understand Waitrose campaign targeting needs; translate campaign briefs into effective targeting and audience selection to meet commercial and business objectives and enable relevant communications for multiple audiences and segmentations.
Identify and interpret new opportunities or improvements to meet goals and ambitions for our CRM communication programmes.
Support and input into data strategies to ensure that CRM and broader Channels team have access to the required data to enhance our communications and deliver against our strategy.
Support and enable automation across selections to streamline processes

Essential Skills/experience You’ll Need

Experience of working in a campaign operations team within a transactional data intensive organisation (preferably retail)
Experience of using campaign management tools to execute campaigns
Strong SQL and data manipulation skills
Good verbal and written communication skills

Reporting to the Head of Finance, you will play a key role in shaping Fuse Energy’s Finance function. Key Responsibilities Design and build the best finance systems in the world: after trying and testing practically all finance systems in the market, nothing meets our standard. We’ve decided to build the best finance management platform in the world with a select group of business partners. The scope is massive, from invoice ingestion and processing to automated reconciliation against contracts or in-house data to a real-time P&L view by customer. There will be many incredibly complex problems to solve along the way. Financial Reporting Support: Assisting with the monthly reporting process (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash-flow) to deliver financial information and identify key points for review.
