Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Solution Architect to design and implement scalable, high-performance solutions on the Salesforce platform. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in Salesforce architecture, integrations, data modeling, and automation, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Architecture & Design
Design scalable and secure Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.
Define the technical architecture, system integrations, and data models for Salesforce applications.
Ensure best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and APIs.
Salesforce Implementation & Customization
Lead the end-to-end implementation of Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud as needed.
Customize Salesforce using Apex, Visualforce, Flows, Lightning Components (LWC), and third-party tools.
Define governance for object structures, permissions, workflows, and automation.
Technical Leadership & Stakeholder Engagement
Act as a trusted advisor for business and IT teams, translating business needs into technical solutions.
Guide developers, admins, and business analysts in best practices and architectural decisions.
Work with cross-functional teams to optimize Salesforce scalability, security, and user adoption.
Governance, Compliance & Best Practices
Establish CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and test automation for Salesforce deployments.
Ensure compliance with GDPR, HIPAA, SOC2, and industry regulations.
Drive the adoption of the Salesforce Well-Architected Framework and best practices.
