We’re supporting a leading organisation on a large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programme and are seeking a seasoned Oracle Cloud Enterprise Architect. This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can shape and deliver solution architecture across ERP, HCM, Payroll, and integration layers.
Key Skills Required
10+ years’ experience in enterprise-level Oracle architecture roles
Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud ERP, HCM, and Payroll modules
Demonstrated success in leading multiple Oracle Cloud deployments
Expertise in integration strategy and solution governance
Excellent stakeholder communication and programme delivery oversight
Core Responsibilities
Lead and own the end-to-end solution architecture and design across the Oracle Cloud stack
Collaborate with the Systems Integrator (SI) to ensure solution fit, quality, and on-time delivery
Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Director
Work closely with internal Business Partners (BPs) to align architecture with business priorities
Manage relationships across internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment
This is a high-impact role on a flagship Oracle programme—ideal for an enterprise architect ready to influence strategic outcomes and delivery success.

You will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of data across the organization, leveraging your expertise in MDG and SAP S/4HANA.
