We are supporting a high-profile Oracle Cloud HCM implementation programme and seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Lead to take charge of the solution design and end-to-end delivery. This is a senior client-facing role ideal for someone who thrives in complex transformation environments and has delivered large-scale HCM solutions.
Key Requirements
10+ years of experience in Oracle HCM
Expertise in Oracle Cloud HCM solution design
Proven experience with full-suite HCM setup for UK-based organisations
Track record of successfully leading Oracle Cloud HCM deployments
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
Role Responsibilities
Lead the design and build of Oracle Cloud HCM solutions across the full suite
Collaborate with the Systems Integrator to ensure delivery aligns with business requirements
Proactively identify and escalate risks and issues to the Programme Director
Work closely with internal business partners (BPs) for smooth deployment
Manage both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment and project momentum
