We’re working with a global organisation seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud R2R Consultant to support post go-live optimisation efforts. This role will focus on enhancing Record-to-Report (R2R) processes, improving operational efficiency, and supporting compliance and reconciliation across financial functions.
Key Skills Required
5–10 years of experience in Oracle Cloud Financials, particularly R2R
Expertise in reporting, reconciliation, and month-end close
Deep knowledge of intercompany and fixed assets reconciliation
Experience supporting Oracle Cloud in regulated or compliance-heavy environments
Strong consulting, communication, and documentation skills
Core Responsibilities
Drive post-go-live improvements across Oracle Cloud R2R processes
Enhance reporting and reconciliation, intercompany flows, and asset accounting
Work directly with clients in a customer-facing role to understand business needs
Produce high-quality project documentation and validation plans
Apply a hands-on, problem-solving mindset and provide pragmatic solutions that balance business and IT priorities
This is an ideal role for a proactive R2R consultant who thrives in dynamic environments and enjoys optimising core finance processes in Oracle Cloud.
