En intégrant le Pôle Relation Client, tu feras partie d'une équipe de 15 collaborateurs et tu travailleras en étroite collaboration avec notre équipe ainsi que le responsable du service.
Missions principales
Accompagnement de nos clients
Identifier le dysfonctionnement ;
Réaliser une analyse approfondie pour comprendre les exigences du client ;
Collecter les informations sur les besoins fonctionnels, les contraintes techniques et les objectifs à atteindre.
Configuration et validation du bon fonctionnement avec le client
Effectuer les configurations nécessaires à la suite du diagnostic ;
Paramétrer les logiciels/systèmes conformément aux besoins du client ;
Valider le fonctionnement en exécutant des tests et en obtenant l'approbation du client.
Suivi des paramétrages et prestations via les outils internes :
Assurer un suivi qualité auprès de nos clients ;
Utiliser nos outils internes de gestion pour suivre l'avancement des travaux, gérer les ressources et de s'assurer que les paramétrages sont effectués conformément aux spécifications ;
Communiquer régulièrement avec le Responsable du Pôle, préparer des rapports hebdomadaires et contribuez à l'amélioration continue du service.

Assurer une communication claire et efficace
Participer pleinement à la remontée des informations pertinentes aux équipes concernées
