Position Overview:
Are you ready to bring your expertise to the table in a way that's both impactful and exciting? Priority Software is in search of an ERP Implementation Consultant to join our Delivery Team and play a pivotal role in making a real difference in the business world!
Responsibilities:
As our ERP Implementation Consultant, you'll be at the forefront of:
End-to-End Implementations: Take charge of the entire ERP implementation process from start to finish.
Client Insights: Engage in in-depth discussions and fact-finding meetings to uncover our clients' unique requirements.
Leverage Expertise: Apply your extensive knowledge to enhance the implementation process.
Process Optimization: Identify and develop business processes, demonstrating excellent communication skills.
Collaboration: Work closely with Priority's internal development team to address software customizations when necessary.
Review and Configuration: Lead process reviews and engage in discussions with clients about software configuration.
Customization: Customize Priority ERP solutions to meet predefined requirements.
Documentation: Prepare essential project documentation, including user manuals, standard operating procedures, customer status reports, issue logs, project timelines, and testing materials.
Client Relationships: Foster collaborative working relationships with clients.
User Training: Provide training to users on specific modules of the Priority ERP application.
Pre-sales Support: Offer pre-sales support as required.
Internal Projects: Support internal projects as needed.
Qualifications:
To thrive in this role, you should have:
Experience: A minimum of 5 years in a similar position within the ERP sector.
ERP Mastery: In-depth ERP knowledge, especially in finance modules.
Training Background: Previous experience as a trainer or implementer of ERP or related business software is preferred.
Module Expertise: Excellent understanding of ERP system modules and processes.
Project Leadership: Demonstrated project leadership skills and experience in managing customer relationships.
Finance Acumen: Strong finance, accounting, and/or MRP skills are advantageous.
Technical Aptitude: A technical mindset and the ability to grasp complex systems.
Flexibility: Willingness to adapt your working hours and location for on-site customer visits.
Problem-Solving: The ability to approach situations from multiple perspectives to meet client requirements.
Adaptability: Experience working in a rapidly changing environment.

The role of a Cloud Field Engineering Manager at Canonical The Field Engineering team is our team of cloud solutions architects at Canonical, working directly with our customers, designing private and public cloud solutions fitting their workload needs. The portfolio of products includes on-premise cloud solutions such as Openstack, MicroCloud and Ceph, and solutions that could be deployed either on-premises or in public clouds such as Kubernetes, Kubeflow, Spark, PostgreSQL, etc. The team works hands-on with the technologies by deploying, testing and handing over the solution to our support or managed services team at the end of a project. Managers and team members also take part in presales conversations to provide technical advice during the sales process. A Cloud Field Engineering Manager is responsible for line management and career guidance.
