About the Role

FuturWork is seeking a Senior Service/Customer Delivery Manager specialized in IT Infrastructure and Cloud to work with one of our key clients. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure the seamless delivery of IT services, manage client relationships at a strategic level, and drive operational excellence in infrastructure and cloud environments.

Key Responsibilities

Service & Delivery Management :
Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure and cloud service delivery.
Ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement.
Act as the primary escalation point for service-related issues.

Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management :
Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Develop strong relationships with the client’s IT and business teams.
Lead regular service reviews, reporting on KPIs, risks, and improvements.

Budget & Financial Oversight :
Manage service budgets, cost optimization, and financial reporting.
Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high service levels.

Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement :
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize IT infrastructure services.
Implement best practices for ITIL processes, automation, and efficiency gains.
Drive incident, problem, and change management processes effectively.

Team Coordination & Vendor Management :
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure seamless service execution.
Manage third-party vendors and contracts related to IT infrastructure services.

Must-Have Skills & Experience

10+ years in IT service delivery or customer delivery management.
Expertise in IT infrastructure & cloud services (AWS, Azure, hybrid environments).
Strong understanding of ITIL processes and service management best practices.
Proven ability to manage budgets and financial aspects of service delivery.
Client-oriented mindset with excellent relationship-building skills.
Strong proactive approach with a problem-solving mindset.
Fluent in French & English (German is a strong plus).
