Role Overview
As a DevOps Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing DevOps solutions for our clients. Key Responsibilities

CI/CD Pipelines: Develop and maintain continuous integration/continuous deployment pipelines using Jenkins and other automation tools.
System Administration: Manage and troubleshoot Linux servers, ensuring optimal performance and security.
Containerization: Build, deploy, and maintain Docker containers, managing containerized workloads effectively.
Collaboration & Support: Work closely with development, operations, and security teams to identify bottlenecks, implement improvements, and ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitoring & Troubleshooting: Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and implement robust logging and alerting mechanisms.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Technical Expertise:
Hands-on experience with Kubernetes and Docker for container orchestration.
Proficiency in Bash scripting for task automation.
Strong knowledge of Linux system administration.

About the Role
FuturWork is seeking a Senior Service/Customer Delivery Manager specialized in IT Infrastructure and Cloud to work with one of our key clients. This role requires a proactive leader who can ensure the seamless delivery of IT services, manage client relationships at a strategic level, and drive operational excellence in infrastructure and cloud environments.
Key Responsibilities
Service & Delivery Management :
Oversee end-to-end IT infrastructure and cloud service delivery.
Ensure service quality, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement.
Act as the primary escalation point for service-related issues.
Client Relationship & Stakeholder Management :
Serve as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders.
Develop strong relationships with the client’s IT and business teams.
Lead regular service reviews, reporting on KPIs, risks, and improvements.
Budget & Financial Oversight :
Manage service budgets, cost optimization, and financial reporting.
Ensure cost efficiency while maintaining high service levels.
Operational Excellence & Continuous Improvement :
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize IT infrastructure services.
Implement best practices for ITIL processes, automation, and efficiency gains.
Drive incident, problem, and change management processes effectively.
Team Coordination & Vendor Management :

Must-Have Skills & Experience
