Votre fonction
Après une période de formation intense auprès de vos collègues, vous maitriserez l’installation et les mises à jour de nos logiciels de gestion chez nos clients.
Vous serez capable d’importer des données, vous collecterez les informations nécessaires pour une configuration idéale du logiciel, vous personnaliserez l’application pour la rendre la plus efficace possible en fonction des besoins du client.
Vous assurerez le support aux clients et formerez les utilisateurs.
Votre profil
Développeur aimant la comptabilité ou comptable (aide-comptable) aimant l’informatique
Vous avez une formation technique (informatique) et/ou de développeur (avec une orientation de gestion) et/ou une formation de comptable ou d’aide-comptable.
Vous avez une bonne connaissance des principes belges de gestion d’entreprise (principes comptables, flux de gestion commerciale...).
Vous êtes familier avec l’environnement IT et avec les bases de données.
Une connaissance des logiciels Sage est un atout.
Vous êtes à l’écoute des besoins et des souhaits des clients et vous êtes capable de comprendre leur situation.
Vous communiquez facilement avec tous les acteurs quel que soit le contexte.
L’enthousiasme, la motivation et la collaboration sont importants pour vous.
