The role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Team. The Talent Acquisition team plays a key part in the success of Remobi by servicing Remobi Client Projects. We are looking for individuals that share our passion for finding great remote technology talent.
This role will be hybrid, based in our Hub (Shoreditch, London) and remote.

Responsibilities:
Recruiting globally distributed talent pools across our specialisms – AI/Data, Software Engineering, DevOps/Cloud & Blockchain.

Coordinate with Hiring Manager's throughout our Product Services, Internal and Nearshore departments to understand their hiring needs and create solutions around this.
Interviewing potential candidates and arranging Interviews with Management.
Help to improve hiring experience for all candidates.

Help to expand our Remobi Community and Trusted Associates Referral Programme – both internal and external.

Work closely alongside Client Engagement and Solution Delivery to create team proposals for our clients. Highlight potential bottlenecks, collate market trends and advise business through data. Take ownership on full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to sourcing, negotiation and aftercare.

Your background:

At least 2+ years of experience working in a similar capability.
Experience using ATS Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards & other avenues to attract candidates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced scale up environment without compromising quality.
Experience prioritising workload and planning own your own schedule.
You use your own initiative and are not afraid to think outside the box.
Ability to influence Senior Stakeholders internally and externally.
The maturity to work in an output-based environment, including remote working.
Excellent communication skills
Research and organisational skills.
You have excellent negotiation skills.
Spoken and written English is essential – all other language skills advantageous.
Experience working in Freelance/Contract Recruitment - desirable.
Experience Recruiting in distributed teams particularly in Central and South and Eastern Europe – desirable.
