The role:

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Team. The Talent Acquisition team plays a key part in the success of Remobi by servicing Remobi Client Projects. We are looking for individuals that share our passion for finding great remote technology talent.
This role will be hybrid, based in our Hub (Shoreditch, London) and remote.

Responsibilities:
Recruiting globally distributed talent pools across our specialisms – AI/Data, Software Engineering, DevOps/Cloud & Blockchain.

Coordinate with Hiring Manager's throughout our Product Services, Internal and Nearshore departments to understand their hiring needs and create solutions around this.
Interviewing potential candidates and arranging Interviews with Management.
Help to improve hiring experience for all candidates.

Help to expand our Remobi Community and Trusted Associates Referral Programme – both internal and external.

Work closely alongside Client Engagement and Solution Delivery to create team proposals for our clients. Highlight potential bottlenecks, collate market trends and advise business through data. Take ownership on full recruitment lifecycle from briefing to sourcing, negotiation and aftercare.

Your background:

At least 2+ years of experience working in a similar capability.
Experience using ATS Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Job Boards & other avenues to attract candidates.
Ability to work in a fast-paced scale up environment without compromising quality.
Experience prioritising workload and planning own your own schedule.
You use your own initiative and are not afraid to think outside the box.
Ability to influence Senior Stakeholders internally and externally.
The maturity to work in an output-based environment, including remote working.
Excellent communication skills
Research and organisational skills.
You have excellent negotiation skills.
Spoken and written English is essential – all other language skills advantageous.
Experience working in Freelance/Contract Recruitment - desirable.
Experience Recruiting in distributed teams particularly in Central and South and Eastern Europe – desirable.

Talent Acquisition Lead

We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition Lead to play a pivotal role in managing recruitment for some of our most high-profile clients. This is a strategic position that blends talent acquisition, stakeholder management, and operational leadership to ensure we continue delivering top-tier talent. You’ll be responsible for overseeing hiring efforts, optimising processes, and building long-term relationships that drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Recruitment Leadership:
Lead the full recruitment cycle for major accounts, ensuring seamless delivery of skilled professionals.
Act as a trusted advisor to hiring managers, offering insights and recommendations to enhance hiring outcomes.
Analyse market trends and recruitment data to refine and improve hiring strategies.
Build and maintain strong talent networks across key nearshore regions.
Oversee key hiring metrics, including time-to-fill, cost-efficiency, and quality of hire, ensuring continuous optimisation.
Plan and forecast future hiring needs to align with business and client demands.

Client & Account Management:
Serve as the primary recruitment lead for major accounts, ensuring alignment with client objectives.
Manage recruitment needs efficiently, ensuring the right talent is placed while meeting SLAs.
Work closely with Account Managers to develop a proactive hiring pipeline.
Collaborate with Community Managers to support onboarding and retention strategies.
Take a problem-solving approach, proactively addressing challenges to maintain smooth operations.

Operational Excellence & Process Improvement:
Oversee the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring compliance with client and internal standards.
Manage contract extensions and ensure seamless execution via the Remobi Dashboard.
Ensure all talent deployments meet compliance and regulatory requirements.
Use data-driven insights to enhance recruitment workflows and candidate experience

What You’ll Need:

Experience:
5+ years in talent acquisition, with at least 2 years managing large-scale recruitment projects or key accounts.
A proven track record of delivering in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
Experience hiring for roles in software engineering, big data, DevOps, and cloud technologies.
Familiarity with nearshore talent markets across regions such as Spain, Portugal, Romania, and Poland.

Identify and engage top tech talent through various sourcing channels, including LinkedIn, job boards, social media, forums, and coding platforms (e.g., GitHub, Stack Overflow).
Source for tech talent across Software Engineering, Big Data & AI, DevOps & Cloud.
Conduct Boolean and X-ray searches to uncover hidden talent.
Strong understanding of technology roles, tools, and industry trends.
Effectively manage a high-volume recruitment load, meet timelines, and demonstrate organized prioritization.

Pipeline Development:
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of passive candidates for current and future technical roles.
Nurture relationships with potential candidates to ensure long-term engagement.

Collaboration:
Partner with Talent Acquisition and Client Engagement to understand vacancy requirements and team needs.
Provide market insights, rate benchmarks, and competitor analysis to improve hiring strategies.

Screening and Evaluation:
Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess technical skills, cultural fit, and interest.
Present qualified candidates to Client Engagement with detailed notes and recommendations.

Technology and Tools:
Leverage applicant tracking systems (ATS), customer relationship management (CRM) software, and sourcing tools to manage candidate data.
Stay updated on emerging sourcing technologies and best practices to improve efficiency.

Metrics and Reporting:
Track and report on sourcing activities, conversion rates, and time-to-fill metrics.
Identify areas for improvement and recommend process optimizations.

About you:
At least 2+ years of experience working in a similar capability (Agency Recruitment or Inhouse)
Experience working in Contract Recruitment (Must) and Permanent Recruitment (desirable).
Be accountable for owning SLA’s and work in an output-based environment, including remote working.
