Key Responsibilities
To input and maintain data in the business system databases across the EMEA operation in line with business requests and timelines.
To ensure optimum data integrity by running audit methods on a regular basis. Support the Data lead with ongoing development, effectivity and efficiency of such methods.
Identify and correct errors and inconsistencies in the data whilst providing feedback to continuously improve processes in both data collation and input.
Input/Maintenance of Material Master records in SAP for EMEA Sales Organisations and Plants.
Input/Maintenance of Customer Master data into SAP for EMEA Sales Organisations and Plants.
Maintain Billing outputs and contact emails.
Control of Supersession & Obsolescence across the EMEA business.
Generate Product BoM & Routings data within SAP.
Manage Data Team’s Process and Work instructions.
Support Finance with the Cost Roll-up Process.
