Our leading financial services client is looking for a Project Manager to join their team for an initial 6-month contract, with a strong possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities: -
BPA project experience
Delivery of a new TOM/service model (customer ops, ideally) - or -
Delivery of an outsourcing project (new service) - or - Delivery of a migration project - or
CRM deployment Apperience
Experience of large projects or programmes
Experience of working to tight deadlines to get allocated work stream up and running (and at key points in delivery cycle)
Good with detail, as many moving parts both in terms of scope and also internal governance processes
Ideally, pensions industry experience, else banking or FMCG Industry

Responsibilities: Coordinator of the Windows 11 migration project, tracking progress of timelines, gathering of information, issues tracking, and risk mitigation to ensure a smooth transition. Work closely with IT teams, partners, and other business departments to ensure project and operational objectives are met Upgrade trader workstations from Windows 10 to Windows 11. Provide first-line technical support for the trading floor during the Windows 11 migration, responding promptly to requests and issues. Troubleshoot Bloomberg, Refinitiv, and other market data products. Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure seamless integration and support for trading applications. Qualifications: At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within the financial sector. Proficiency with Windows 10 and 11, Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.), SharePoint, and Teams. Basic understanding of IT infrastructure components such as Active Directory and printers. Basic troubleshooting skillset for Bloomberg, Refinitiv, 0365 and other market data-related applications.
