Are you an experienced Oracle Developer looking for a new role? We are partnered with a government client looking for an Oracle Product Developer on a long term contract. You would be working within a small development team, developing Oracle IDAM products, enhancing the viability of Oracle products by writing Java code and offering operational support to the team
This role requires you to go through DV clearance before starting which may take up to 12 months, during which you would be fine to work in other roles as normal
This role is based full time on site in Cheltenham
Experience

Java development experience

My client is looking for a Senior Training Associate/Management Training Associate who has experience of Management Development and Training programmes. They are looking for someone who can help build a new offering using the latest Thinking and Technology for Leadership and Management.
Key Responsibilities
Assess external evidence of best practice and ensure that leadership and management interventions have a clear evidence base.
Support the development of strategic leadership approach for the client - to include detailed diagnostic work, engaging with internal and external stakeholders and staff networks to scope and design a sustainable programme of activity to build capacity and capability.
Determine a clear methodology for the analysis and ongoing evaluation of leadership impact and capability by developing insights from a range of existing sources of leadership and management performance metrics (recruitment
psychometrics, employee survey, 360-degree feedback and other internal and
external sources of insight)
Develop a clear evaluation methodology for leadership and management interventions
Create a clear communications plan and products to support an enhanced organisational dialogue about leadership and management practice.
Create an enhanced community of practice to enable ongoing support for leadership practice at all management levels.
Essential Skills
Experience of working within Organisational Development (or similar) Centres of Excellence within an organisation.
Experience of diagnosing organisational and leadership issues, and developing and managing impactful interventions in response.
Experience of managing leadership and management development processes and systems.
Experience of leading successful projects and interventions, to ensure delivery of identified outcomes, and to agreed time and budgets.
Data Analysis Experience.

Responsibilities
Collaborate closely with the product and engineering teams to define, design, and develop new product features and infrastructure.
Champion and implement best practices for application deployment and infrastructure maintenance.
Manage and optimise our AWS environment, adhering to the Well Architected Framework principles for operational excellence and security.
Make critical architectural decisions to ensure optimal performance and security.
Build, maintain, and enhance our CI/CD pipeline to achieve efficient and reliable code delivery.
Mentor and guide the development team in technical best practices and problem-solving.
Required Experience
Proven track record of building and supporting production-grade web applications on AWS.
Extensive experience with containerisation technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) and AWS.
Strong proficiency in Java and Spring framework.
Expertise in infrastructure as code using Terraform.
In-depth knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (NewRelic/DataDog).
Deep understanding of DevOps culture, processes, and tools.
Experience with Kafka, GraphQL, REST, SOAP, and API Gateway.
Proven ability to work effectively in an Agile environment.
