Data Product Owner - Digital
We are currently recruiting for a Data Focused Product Owner with Digital Product Development experience (multi-tenancy) to join one of our Global Insurance Clients on a 6 month contract.
Please note this role is Inside IR35 and would require travel to London 1 day a month.
Experience:
Strong experience of digital product development, ideally multi -tenancy.
Experience of B2B, B2C / SaaS applications
Responsibilities
Collaborate with product team and stakeholders to elicit, document, and priorities business, digital, and technical requirements, ensuring alignment with the product vision and business goals.
Own the area of product /feature assigned : Take ownership of ensuring that solutions meet business needs, align with the product strategy, and deliver maximum value to users
Serve as the key liaison between business stakeholders, product teams, and technical teams to translate business needs into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specifications.
Champion a user-first approach by collaborating with UX/UI designers, conducting user research, and validating that solutions meet end-user expectations.
Work closely with the data team to define data requirements, integrate analytics into digital products, and ensure insights are delivered for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with system analysts and architects to define and validate non-functional requirements, such as scalability, security, and performance, for all digital solutions.
Digital Product Development: Participate in agile ceremonies (e.g., sprint planning, backlog grooming, retrospectives) and ensure iterative development aligns with business priorities and stakeholder expectations.
Proactively identify challenges or inefficiencies in existing processes or systems and recommend innovative, digital-first solutions to address them.
Maintain documentation of requirements, work flows, and solution designs, and ensure consistent validation of features through reviews, demos, and testing.'

Job Type: Contract/Full-Time
Our client are a global Cybersecurity business looking for a looking for a Salesforce.com QA/Test Automation Engineer with experience using Provar to join their team.
As a Salesforce.com QA/Test Automation Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications. You will work closely with development and product teams to design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Provar. Your role will involve identifying and reporting defects, ensuring that our applications meet the highest standards of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using Provar.
Collaborate with development and product teams to understand requirements and create test plans.
Identify, document, and report defects and issues.
Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is not impacted by new changes.
Continuously improve test automation frameworks and processes.
Participate in code reviews and provide feedback to developers.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a QA/Test Automation Engineer with a focus on Salesforce.com.
Strong experience with Provar for test automation.
Solid understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
Experience with test automation frameworks and tools.
Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
If you not have experience with that Provar then they you will to have strong automation experience in other tools so that it can translate easily.
Experience with other test automation tools and frameworks.
Knowledge of Salesforce development and customization.

Target Operating Model (TOM) - develop and maintain as-is and to-be process maps.
Strong background in insurance business processes and technology solutions.
Experience in Bordereaux management and enhancement
Familiarity with pre-bind and post-bind processes.
Experience in London Markets insurance.
Ability to analyse and document complex business processes effectively and in detail.

Competence in MS Visio and/or Lucid or similar tools for process modelling.

Senior BI Developer - Microsoft Fabric & BOBI 4.3 Exp

My client is looking for a Senior BI Developer who have experience implementing a Reporting platform on-prem or cloud.
Technical Skills
Experience in architecture and administration, authentication, authorisation and security, content management, monitoring and auditing, installation and backup, and troubleshooting on reporting platforms such as Tableau and MS PowerBI.
Strong experience in configuring and managing servers, designing and deploying platforms using Tableau Servers and MS PowerBI services.
In-depth knowledge of designing and developing visualisations using relevant reporting platforms such as Tableau, and MS PowerBI.
Microsoft Fabric knowledge would be an advantage but not a must.
Ability to build platform independently based on a design or requirement is a must.
Ability to develop complex visualisation independently based on a design or requirement is a must.
Experience in Data transformation, Migration, Data Profiling and Data Quality enhancement.
Experience with relational databases and Strong SQL Skills.
Significant experience and in-depth knowledge of creating Data Models and structures using Snowflake, Tableau and associated design principles standards, Data modelling concepts, steps of reports production process.
Experience with BOBI 4.3 is highly desirable ( Report development, universe design, Platform mgmt. etc)
