Cyber Security Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Cyber Security Analyst to join a leading consultancy, working on high-impact security initiatives. This role requires expertise in IT security, network protection, and business process optimisation within a dynamic hybrid work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Analyse business and technical requirements for cybersecurity initiatives.
Work closely with security architects and engineers to define and implement security policies.
Develop and document firewall policies, network segmentation, and access control strategies.
Support the implementation of edge security solutions, including TLS, NAC, and DHCP.
Assess and enhance existing security frameworks to align with industry best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with cybersecurity regulations and standards.
Facilitate risk assessments and security gap analyses.
Create detailed reports and recommendations for security improvements.
Essential Skills & Experience
Strong background in IT support and cybersecurity.
Hands-on experience with firewalls, network security policies, and access control mechanisms.
Proficiency in TLS (Transport Layer Security), NAC (Network Access Control), and DHCP (Dynamic Host Configuration Protocol).
Knowledge of edge security domains and best practices.
Familiarity with regulatory frameworks and security compliance.
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
Desirable Certifications
CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional)
CCIE (Cisco Certified Internetwork Expert – Security)
CISM (Certified Information Security Manager)
CEH (Certified Ethical Hacker)
