Join a large global investment bank, as their Section Head of Back Office.
We are looking for a strong leader, with experience running Back Office teams in investment banking. Part of your role includes developing, nurturing and coaching the 20 person Back Office team, ensuring delivery of all projects and support.
As an excellent communicator, you will be maintaining relationships across the global business, with both business and tech stakeholders.
Key skills
Proven experience in a senior leadership position, ideally within investment banking
An engineering background, with the ability to contribute to department roadmaps and strategy
Business domain knowledge - Back Office, investment banking, trade life cycles
Proven experience in transformation, modernisation and change from a project management perspective
Experienced in stakeholder management, to include vendor management
Technical environment is Java, .Net, SQL
Project management experience, having run departments of developers and support previously
