We are looking for a highly experienced EUC Architect for an application delivery project for an initial 3-6 months contract.
This will include performing assessments and strategies around EUC technologies as well as governing the delivery. They will work alongside and existing architect, engineering team, and a third-party partner.
As a Technical Architect you are responsible for creating and maintaining capability strategies and roadmaps for core capabilities that align to our End-User Experience (EUX) and Core Infrastructure Platforms (CIP) value streams. In response to strategies, improving our internal capabilities and services, or business initiatives, you will be responsible for defining robust infrastructure solutions across a hybrid cloud environment. You can expect to be engaged in a number of these at any time. The role is key to identifying suitable new technologies and processes, and for ensuring that the architecture is reflected in the services we deliver.
You will work closely with other IT teams as well as different stakeholders across the global operation.
Key Responsibilities
Work closely with our business units to help define complex technology solutions.
Maintain close relationships with business and enterprise architecture practices, ensuring visibility of ITS initiatives.
Act as a trusted advisor across the IT Services portfolio.
Create target and transitional architecture for significant technical change.
Help create, and maintain capability strategies, identifying key stakeholders and requirements.
Develop and maintain re-usable standards and solutions.
Provide architectural governance to projects and to provide technical oversight of artifact creation and content.
Support infrastructure engineering to ensure that good architectural practice is reflected in the delivery.
Consult with IT Services and other business units to complete architecture solution assessments.
Ensure that solutions adhere to security, infrastructure and application principles, policies, and standards as appropriate.
Initiate and introduce new technologies and processes to continuously improve the infrastructure platform.

Be adept at building business cases and selling these to senior stakeholders.

Good knowledge across a range of infrastructure capabilities: networks, compute, storage, cloud technologies, unified communications, data hosting, messaging, identity and access management, security and end user compute.
Keeps abreast of IT trends and uses this to identify areas of improvement.
Ability to synthesize lots of disparate information and make sound decisions, even when these might be unpopular.

The L3 Network Engineer will cover management, maintenance and support of network infrastructure, perimeter security systems and network management platforms.
Essential skills:
Extensive experience of enterprise DC/LAN/WAN network management
Extensive experience of Cisco ACI, Cisco ASA, FortiGate Firewalls and VMware NSX
Extensive experience of network monitoring, troubleshooting and management tools
Key Responsibilities:
Supporting network and security infrastructure (LAN/WAN/WLAN/Firewalls/Application/VPN, Delivery Controllers etc.) with a focus on Datacentre networks
Troubleshooting complex network issues, identifying network bottlenecks, and implementing solutions to ensure optimal network performance

We are seeking an NPPV Cleared Cyber Security GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) Consultant to join our team on an initial 3 months contract assignment based in Leicester/Remote. (Duration is very likely to extend) Inside IR35
This role involves a blend of strategic advisory services, cyber security assessments and active participation in governance meetings with clients. This is a new role at Telefonica Tech, so the successful candidate will also be involved in helping to develop and refine the Cyber Governance & Advisory service.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct bespoke advisory engagements with clients to help them gain answers to cyber security challenges and make key strategic decisions.
Perform cyber security assessments against established frameworks to identify weaknesses and recommend mitigations including roadmaps to maturity.
Provide expert opinion and insights during governance meetings with clients' senior stakeholders.
Facilitate interactive workshops, including tabletop incident response scenarios, to enhance clients' preparedness for cyber threats and help them agree security roles and responsibilities.
Work closely with clients to customise security policies to their business requirements.
Conduct cyber security risk assessments to support clients' senior decision-making.
Operate cyber governance processes for clients, such as maintaining KPIs, running governance forums and performing policy reviews.
Contribute to the design and enhancement of our GRC service processes and technologies.
Identify opportunities for sales of our broader portfolio of services, in particular the NextDefense suite.
Stay abreast of the latest cyber security trends and regulations to advise clients effectively.
A recognized cybersecurity qualification (eg, CISSP, CISM, CRISC) is desirable.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a consultancy or security risk management role involving senior stakeholder engagement.
Proven track record of delivering GRC or similar services in complex business environments.
Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks (eg, NIST, ISO 27001, CIS-18) and typical cyber security controls.
Excellent communication and facilitation skills, including written communication skills.
