Job Description

This role can be based in any of our following offices: Glasgow, London, Aberdeen and Manchester.

As a Scrum Master in our Financial Services Practice, you'll be at the forefront of our Business Applications pillar, leveraging your deep knowledge and expertise in Agile environments, delivering high-profile professional services D365 CRM projects.

Your key responsibilities will include:

Facilitate agile project management for customers within the Financial Services sector, ensuring adherence to agile principles and fostering continuous improvement.
Manage stakeholder relationships, including customers and third-party vendors, to ensure successful project execution.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, tracking progress using established tools (e.g., DevOps) and managing project scope, schedule, and costs.
Oversee project budgets, time and cost estimations, while managing risks and issues through RAID logs.
Monitor project progress and provide regular reports through agreed channels, ensuring timely delivery in line with established KPIs.

Qualifications

Desired Skills and Experience

We are looking for a dynamic and passionate team player with the following qualifications and experience.

Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master working within Agile teams.
Certified Scrum Master, CSM, PSM or equivalent.
Deep understanding of Agile frameworks and transformation methodologies.
Hands-on experience with change management tools such as JIRA and Azure for backlog management workflow automation and reporting.
Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM preferably within financial services or banking environments, consultancy experience is a plus.
Strong ability to collaborate across technology and business teams effectively managing stakeholders at all levels.
Ability to navigate complex fast-paced environments with strong analytical and decision-making skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
