Job Description:
Whilst HR Service Delivery will be the primary focus, you may be expected to aid the ServiceNow team in development of the platform in other areas such as ITSM Maturity, Governance Risk and Compliance, Flow Automation and other aspects of the transformation platform ServiceNow. This role is primarily development focused with some consulting and some level 2 and 3 support duties. Work experience with Flow Designer, Employee Center and integrations between ServiceNow and other platforms is essential. Experience with configuring/customising workspaces, Virtual Agent and integrations with other HR systems such as iTrent will be a distinct advantage.
Main Duties:
Design and develop HR Service Delivery forms
Design and develop Back End HR Service Delivery workflows (flows)
Configure Employee Center to expose the HR forms/processes to our end-users
Configure/customise workspace for HR agents to process HR cases, and managers to report on the cases
Design and implement integrations with other HR systems such as iTrent to support the above
Assist in the adoption of ServiceNow modules through tool customisation
Perform support and provide technical documentation
Support including but not limited to:
Resolution and escalation of ServiceNow related issues and risks.
Proactive monitoring, maintenance and support of system performance, data, capacity and capability and recommending improvement opportunities.
Training, guidance, documentation and 'Show and Tell' sessions of developed solutions.
Managing upgrades, patches and system clones to the platform
Development of the following system modules:
ITSM Module
Self Service Portal (with Flow Designer)
CMDB & Foundation Data
Knowledge Management
Integrated Risk Management
As per the Service Enablement roadmap
Essential Skills & Experience:
Significant and demonstrable commercial experience in the following areas:
Experience of the current version of the ServiceNow platform
HR Service Delivery module
Employee Center Portal
Able to demonstrate knowledge of the platform mechanics and best practices
Strong teamwork, self-managing and self-initiative, coaching, collaboration & communication skills
JavaScript development independent of and within the ServiceNow framework
Integration and orchestration knowledge
HTML, XML, CSS & JSON
Self-Service Portal (beyond Catalogue Items)
Desirable Skills:
Exposure to Agile working methods
Configuration/customisation of workspaces
Configuration of Virtual Agent

We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals: Experience as a professional data/software engineer.
