Nous recherchons un ‘Reporting Data Analyst’ pour rejoindre notre équipe ‘Tooling & Integration’.

Le Reporting Data Analyst sera responsable de la création, de l'automatisation et de la livraison de rapports réguliers pour les clients et les équipes opérationnelles internes.

Ces rapports incluront (par exemple):

Volumes de ticketing et brèches.
Résultats de back-up.
Métriques sur l’état des serveurs (CPU, mémoire, monitoring).
Métriques d’utilisation de datacenter et informations de facturation de la CMDB (Configuration Management Database).
Prix de différents services.
Etc.

Tâches et responsabilités :

Créer des rapports et automatiser leur génération pour les clients et les équipes opérationnelles internes.
Travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes opérationnelles internes, les delivery managers et clients afin de comprendre les besoins et attentes en matière de reporting.
Centraliser les sources de données dans notre Data Warehouse (DWH) afin de générer les rapports adéquats en intégrant les différentes données ensemble.
Définir les tables nécessaires dans le DWH pour le traitement adéquat par les outils de reporting.
Traduire les données brutes en informations exploitables pour les clients et équipes opérationnelles.
Créer des rapports nécessaire (analyse, complément de facture…).
Veiller à ce que les données de facturation soient exactes et alignées sur les prix de service et les enregistrements de la CMDB.

Job requirements

Minimum 5 ans d'expérience dans un rôle similaire.
Capacité de discuter avec des stakeholders internes/externes et de les challenger sur leurs attentes.
Capacité à analyser du contenu complexe et proposer des solutions adéquates.
Compétences techniques requises : SQL (must), maitrise d’outil de reporting de type SAP Business Object ou équivalent (PowerBI, Tableau…).
Bonne connaissance de Excel.
Résistant au stress et capacité à organiser ses priorités de manière autonome.
Maîtrise du français et de l'anglais (must) et du néerlandais (nice to have).
