Our client, a key energy distribution player in Belgium, is undertaking an operational efficiency transformation within its EVE project. To support this initiative, our client is hiring a Business Process Analyst to work on process mapping, improvement, and optimization.
The Business Process Analyst will be responsible for documenting, analyzing, and improving business processes. The role involves working closely with business teams and external IT partners to optimize process efficiency, governance, and digital integration.
Business Process Documentation:
Capture "as-is" processes and document "to-be" processes.
Standardize process documentation for enterprise-wide integration.
Stakeholder & Workshop Management: Facilitate workshops and meetings to align business needs with operational objectives.
Engage with business experts and IT partners to refine business requirements.
Process Improvement & Digital Integration:
Identify areas for optimization and automation.
Collaborate with functional analysts to translate business needs into IT solutions.
Testing & Implementation Support:
Contribute to UAT testing plans and coordinate business validation.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work with project teams across departments to ensure alignment with our client’s transformation strategy.
Key Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, IT, or Process Management.
Experience:
3-5 years as a Business Analyst (required).
Experience in data analysis and business process modeling.
Strong facilitation skills for stakeholder engagement.
Project Management Experience (preferred).
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in MS Visio or other process modeling tools.
Experience with MS Office Suite.
Soft Skills:
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Excellent workshop facilitation and communication skills.

To support this initiative, our client is seeking a Junior Data Quality Analyst to enhance data governance and quality for its energy network supervision and monitoring systems.
The Junior Data Quality Analyst will be part of our client’s AI & Data Governance team, contributing to the structural improvement of data quality across the company’s digital and Smart Grid projects.
The role involves identifying, analyzing, and addressing data quality issues, as well as supporting data governance strategies.
Data Quality Monitoring:
Detect and document data quality issues, propose resolutions.
Root Cause Analysis:
Investigate and analyze the causes of data inconsistencies.
Process Improvement:
Assist in enhancing data governance processes.
Training & Change Management:
Support data producers in adopting best practices.
Collaboration:
Work with business, IT, and Smart Grid teams to improve data integration.
Technical Support:
Provide insights on data profiling and quality control methodologies.
Key Requirements Education:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in IT, Data Science, or related fields.
Experience:

Coordination of the day-to-day delivery of all live service elements in accordance with agreed SLAs and contractual requirements;
Contribution to incident management; co-ordination of direct and indirect reports to ensure issues are investigated and rectified as swiftly as
possible, whilst maintaining quality and minimising risk;
Building and maintaining strong relationships with operational peers to oversee and ensure all service lines are provided in accordance to Service
Level Agreements (SLAs);
Responsibility for ensuring effective reporting is generated when required, including detailed incident reporting;
Ensuring quality is maintained throughout the service delivery process;
Gather and report detailed performance data against key indicators to generate actionable improvements to the quality of services offered;
Assist in supporting models and managing transition of projects and new services into the business-as-usual model;
Assist in coordinating Problem and Release Management activities to ensure effective service management;
Assist in coordinating problem resolution, involving internal support groups, vendors, suppliers, customers and managing any roadblocks;
Ensure quality of Known Error records and the Knowledge Database;

La cybersécurité t'intéresse?
Rejoins notre équipe spécialisée en sécurité opérationnelle et participe au développement de solutions automatisées pour la détection et la réponse aux incidents de cybersécurité.
Tes missions :
Ce stage se déroule au sein d'une équipe IT de sécurité opérationnelle, avec deux missions principales :
la gestion des vulnérabilités, en participant à l'identification, l'analyse et le suivi des actions correctives;
l'exploration d'une nouvelle fonctionnalité de Splunk (un outil d'analyse de données et de gestion des logs, utilisé pour surveiller la sécurité et détecter les incidents).
Le stage permettra de travailler avec des outils de cybersécurité, d'analyser des logs et d'améliorer les processus de détection des incidents. Le candidat idéal possède des connaissances en cybersécurité et une bonne capacité à résoudre des problèmes techniques.
