The role of the Lab Engineer is vital in ensuring that we deliver on our purpose. Leading by example, your primary focus will be on delivering change across multiple feature teams. Your responsibility will include the growth and development of our Engineers as well as setting the technical strategic direction for the Lab.
What you'll need
This role is a leadership role that blends both deep domain and technical expertise with a passion for coaching and developing people.
Experience of the full web application stack, Back-end API integration, and Data Engineering is essential - core Java development skills would be ideal
Have a creative and pragmatic approach to problem solving
Able to describe complex situations to a multifaceted business and technology audience.
Experience using GCP Data products
A relentless focus on delivering business value through sound engineering methods and principles
Technical leadership experience including establishing code quality standards, best practices and leading technical design and implementation
