I’m recruiting on behalf of a leading global market maker and high-frequency trading firm, recognized for innovation in both traditional and crypto markets.
They are seeking a Senior HFT Quantitative Researcher to join their team and drive the future of high-frequency trading.
Your Role: You'll lead the development and optimization of high-frequency trading models, focusing on both crypto and traditional markets. You’ll collaborate with world-class researchers and engineers to solve complex, real-time challenges using advanced quantitative methods and cutting-edge technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and optimize high-frequency trading strategies in both crypto and traditional markets.
Conduct quantitative research to identify market inefficiencies and enhance trading models.
Collaborate with tech teams to build scalable, low-latency systems.
Use machine learning and advanced techniques to improve model performance.
Mentor junior researchers and contribute to a collaborative, innovative culture.
What We’re Looking For:
A strong academic background in Mathematics, Physics, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-4 years of HFT experience at a leading firm.
Expertise in high-frequency trading, market microstructure, and risk management.
Proficiency in Python or C++ with a focus on performance.
Curiosity and creativity to tackle complex, real-time challenges.
Experience in Crypto is nice to have but not a requirement.
