SIAM Service Delivery Manager/Lead

Rate: £400 per day (All Inclusive)
Location: Paddington, UK
Contract: 6 Month Contract +

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:
Lead the SIAM Tower, overseeing service integration, governance, and delivery across multiple suppliers.
Ensure compliance with SOWs and SLAs, driving accountability for performance and continuous improvement.
Build and implement the SIAM Target Operating Model and manage interdependencies across providers.
Coordinate governance forums (daily to quarterly) and lead performance, CSAT, and CSI reviews.
Act as the key liaison between business stakeholders and service providers, ensuring alignment with customer strategy.
Drive issue resolution, manage escalations, and proactively identify and mitigate operational risks.
Ensure process compliance and service management tool usage across all providers.
Provide leadership and mentoring to SIAM team members, ensuring operational efficiency and excellence.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills required.
