We are seeking a highly skilled AI Engineer to design, develop, and enhance AI-driven document generation systems using large language models (LLMs) and traditional machine learning algorithms. The ideal candidate will have expertise in AI, natural language processing (NLP), and Python programming, with hands-on experience in generative AI, cloud deployment, and CI/CD pipelines. This role requires proficiency in Streamlit, knowledge of Neo4j, RDF, or OWL, and experience working with Azure cloud services.

Key Responsibilities
AI & Machine Learning Development: Design, implement, and optimize AI-powered document generation systems using LLMs and ML models.
NLP & Data Processing: Develop NLP-driven applications for text generation, summarization, and extraction.
Cloud Deployment & Infrastructure: Deploy AI models and applications on Azure, ensuring scalability and reliability.
Application Development: Build and maintain interactive AI applications using Streamlit.
Knowledge Graphs & Semantic Technologies: Work with Neo4j, RDF, or OWL for knowledge representation and data modeling.
CI/CD & MLOps: Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate model training, testing, and deployment.

Required Qualifications & Skills
Strong experience in AI, NLP, and machine learning algorithms.
Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, or Hugging Face.
Hands-on experience with generative AI and LLM fine-tuning.
Experience deploying AI applications on Azure (e.g., Azure ML, Azure Functions, Azure DevOps).
Proficiency in Streamlit for building interactive AI applications.

Here at RED, we are looking for an AI ML Engineer to work on an global programme.

The candidate is expected to start in April 2025 and for an initial 6 months +Extension contract working hybrid 3 days onsite and 2 remote.

Overview:
The AI Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, and enhancing AI-driven document generation systems using large language models & traditional Machine learning algorithms. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing, coupled with hands-on experience in Python programming.

Requirements:
At least 5 years’ experience demonstrating technical skills in one or more of the following areas: Generative AI, machine learning, recommendation systems, pattern recognition, natural language vision or computer vision.
Proficiency in using Streamlit to create interactive and visually appealing web applications.
Strong software development skills, including python and scala. Experience with automation strategies (CI/CD etc) and containerisation (Kubernetes, Docker) is key.
Understanding of knowledge graph concepts, including nodes, edges, and semantic relationships.
Experience with tools and frameworks like Neo4j, RDF, or OWL for building, querying, and managing knowledge graphs.
Experience with machine learning frameworks and libraries (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.).
Solid understanding of natural language processing (NLP) techniques and applications.
Prior experience in Azure AI stack
Knowledge of large language models like GPT, Claude, Gemini.
Experience with version control systems like Git.
Experience in working relevant domains e.g. Pharma, R&D, Manufacturing, Commercial, Finance, HR, Legal, Facilities etc.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
