The Client Solutions Manager for Meta’s Global Business Group team partners with our most strategic clients to make sure they are successful with Meta. This role is responsible for building strategic partnerships, driving growth, advertiser education, and satisfaction in innovative ways, and leveraging data-driven insights for our customers. Client Solutions Manager - Apps, Turkey Responsibilities:
Identify, create, and implement marketing solutions grounded on achieving measurable business results for our partners
Responsible for educating clients on products, new solutions and best practices to drive adoption and grow existing business partnership
Use data and insights to guide strategy and implementation of Meta solutions against client's marketing objectives
Build and manage relationships with key clients, ecosystem partners (media, ad-tech, creative, marketing etc.)
Advise on media, measurement, and creative strategy to deliver against client goals
Conduct data analyses to guide client strategy, which may include setting up dashboards to detect performance patterns and translate them into actionable insights
Collaboration with internal cross-functional teams and co-manage complex work streams
Flawless management of internal account operations (revenue delivery, media recommendations, troubleshooting issues, optimization opportunities)
Act as a consultant for partners, establishing meaningful relationships and driving clients to action
Be an active contributor of the regional sales team to contribute to overall team goals and development
Open to travel frequently
Minimum Qualifications:
Fluency in English and Turkish
Mobile App, Gaming or eCommerce hands-on startup, scaleup or enterprise experience
Experience as a Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp and Messenger user and knowledge of Meta’s ad products
Understanding of attribution modelling /measurement
Experience working with tools, analyzing large datasets and delivering actionable insights
Practicla knowlegde how to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously, using tools
Experience in managing complex projects and work streams with minimal direction with a high attention to detail
Experience working with cross-functional teams
Consistently demonstrate level of integrity and ownership
Communicate, collaborate and work effectively in a team
Consultative selling skills
Adapting to changing priorities and requirements, and to pivot quickly when necessary
Preferred Qualifications:
Understanding of ad tech ecosystem
International work experience
Experience with AI prompt engineering
Knowledge of SQL, relational databases, and/or statistical packages such as R, SAS, SPSS
Basic understanding of coding and HTML
Demonstrated experience with digital media platforms, advertising metrics, and industry trends (Direct Response marketing, data and technology solutions, ad-tech, partnerships)
BA/BS degree in a technical or marketing field
