The Innovation tribe within IT is the delivery arm of game-changing digital capabilities across business lines and entities. We are looking for an Innovation Technical Lead to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
Lead the design, development, and implementation of innovative technical solutions within the Euroclear market infrastructure.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and exploit new technological opportunities, particularly in the areas of data and cloud computing.
Drive the adoption of emerging technologies and strategic trends to enhance product and service offerings.
Manage and mentor a team of technical professionals, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous improvement.
Ensure the alignment of technical solutions with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
Oversee the end-to-end project lifecycle, from concept to deployment and maintenance.
Provide technical expertise and thought leadership in agile methodologies and software development practices.
Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide status updates, and ensure successful project delivery.
Continuously monitor industry trends and advancements to inform strategic decision-making.
Contribute to the development and execution of the Innovation tribe's strategic roadmap.

Job Requirements
Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, IT, or a related field.
Minimum of 10 years of experience as a software engineer.
Hands-on knowledge with .NET technology.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in a technical leadership role.
Hands-on experience with Cloud, preferably Azure.
Good knowledges with CI/CD, IaC and observability.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects.
Excellent understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen ability to identify and mitigate technical risks.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to a non-technical audience.
