The role involves gathering and managing functional requirements, working closely with designers, IT teams, and other stakeholders to analyze business processes and provide solutions that align with the strategic goals of your squads. You’ll work in transversal squads managing different interfaces with various functional scopes: collateral, funds, settlement, cash and banking, Treasury.
When joining the team, you will be coached by a buddy and fellow senior team manager who will help you to grow in the function.
Responsibilities
Develop effective relationships with business users to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
Act as the primary interface between IT development and design teams and the business users for new systems and enhancements.
Evaluate new applications against business requirements and recommend appropriate alternatives or enhancements.
Prepare communications and make business presentations on solutions and system enhancements.

Required Skillset And Experience

This role focuses on IT System Management and involves maintaining relationships with key technology providers, developing technology strategies, and managing the life-cycle of core technologies for Euroclear's IT infrastructure.
Role
Design, develop, implement, and support IT infrastructure solutions to align with enterprise architecture and business needs.
Perform technical planning to select and implement cost-effective technologies.
Provide expertise to support and troubleshoot infrastructure issues.
Assess compatibility and integration of proposed products/services to ensure a cohesive architecture.
Ensure proper operation and maintenance of systems and successful implementation of system evolutions.
Install system/server software and hardware, including non-standard configurations.
Manage day-to-day IT system operations and resolve user queries.
Stay updated on latest technologies and understand their commercial implications.
Troubleshoot hardware/software problems and recommend/implement enhancements.

Profile

Division: Audit
The Euroclear Internal Audit division is a dynamic team of 50+ people operating from four locations: Brussels, London, Paris and Amsterdam.
Our mission is to help the Board and Executive Management protect the assets, value, reputation and sustainability of Euroclear. We provide risk-based assurance and insight on governance, risk management and internal control. To do so, we are organized by audit domains, that is, Operations, IT Cyber, Business, Legal &Compliance, Risk & Banking and Finance, Holding & People.
Role
The key role of an IT Audit Manager is to analyze if the hard and soft controls in place are sufficient and effective to reach management’s objectives. Your primary area of expertise will be to lead (or chip in to) complex audits of IT Operations and/or IT Development and/or Cyber/Information Security across the Group. You will also have the opportunity to cover other types of risks in your daily work (e.g. compliance, business operations, projects). You will commit to and lead internal audit assignments.
Your Objectives
Developing and completing the Audit Plan on time and within budget, in compliance with the International Standards on Auditing and Euroclear’s audit methodology;
Understanding of business drivers and addressing of potential improvements of current processes and procedures to senior management, in order to improve efficient;
Ability to handle relationships and establish proactive interactions with senior managers, promote internal controls awareness and demonstrate Internal Audit’s contribution;
Continuous improvement: you propose ideas or contribute to ad hoc initiatives to further improve the functioning and efficiency of the audit process and the division.
Technical skill
Confirmed experience of at least + 5 years either as an internal or external auditor carrying out Information systems and security audits
Strong good knowledge and understanding of IT processes, IT development and/ or cyber/Information security and the surrounding controls.
Expertise and experience in one or more of the following technology environments is an asset : IBM Mainframe, Networks, Cloud, DLT, Tandem, Windows, UNIX;
Experience in development is as well an asset;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Willingness to travel to the other Euroclear entities;
You have a professional certification or you are committed to acquire one (e.g. CIA, CISA, CISM, CISSP etc);
Knowledge of auditing standards and practices is a definite plus.

The Tribe
The COI (Customer Onboarding & Interaction) tribe contributes to the division strategy in delivering and supporting through agile practices cost-effective time-to-market solutions for the domain of digital customer experience. The domain covers the various areas of the customer onboarding journey.
The Mission
The CIAE squad (Customer Identification & Authentication Engineering) is looking for a Senior IT Solution Architect for the CIAM (Customer Identification and Authentication Management) program.
In order to improve the user experience, Euroclear has launched the CIAM project. Euroclear wants to provide their clients and interacting parties (5000+ clients) with modern security solutions to manage efficiently users identification and authorization to their applications and services. Euroclear wants to offer various capabilities for secured Identity and Access management : Smart Card, Federation, Fingerprints, FaceID, SSO, etc … It is a strategic project for business growth and digital modernization.
Euroclear aims to select one single CIAM solution to replace all the existing CIAM-applications across different entities of the group. Euroclear is designing a new solution from scratch then architecture is key.
Responsibilities
Delivering / defining / updating the HLTD (High Level Technical Design) for the new CIAM solution
Designing a coherent IT solution in a sophisticated multi-systems environment that meets both functional and non-functional requirements.
Ensuring that the IT solution aligns with the Enterprise architecture standards and the business needs.
Ensuring that the solution meets guidelines and standards for design and development.
Presenting proposed solution to technical and business Teams.
Ensuring that solution architecture is correctly documented and all teams are aware.
Estimating effort to implement the solution at Tribe level.
Support the Squad in preparing features to have a smooth and efficient deliveries.
Performs design reviews to ensure solution scalability on the long term.
Technical Skills
More than 10 years of experience in designing solutions in a distributed environment.
Experienced in Identification and Authentication Management (IAM)
Experience in developing solutions with Microsoft technologies (Cloud and on Prem).
Experience in full software life cycles with multiple applications
You are a problem-solver with strong analytical skills (e.g.: ability to break down sophisticated problems and develop solutions)
Ability to operate in a changing environment and to participate to the change.
Ability to take strategic technical decisions in collaboration with other teams
Experience in Financial Services industry, as well as offshoring is desired but not crucial
