What will I be doing?
Preparing method statements and risk assessments with the construction team.
Drafting reports, cost estimates, project schedules, material take-offs, and tender schedules.
Preparing and review technical and contract documents, analysing returned tenders.
Managing delivery schedules and monitor progress against the programme, issuing reports.
Coordinating with the Design team via RFIs, produce look-ahead programmes, and ensure quality control through inspections and snagging.
What do I need to succeed?
To succeed you'll have a:
A degree in Electrical Engineering
Experience with Data Centre projects? That's a big plus!
Familiar with security systems, fire alarms, lighting, small power, ELV, and containment? Even better!
